We incorporate a variety of techniques to get you moving functionally and optimally. Every first-time client starts with a thorough intake assessment to help us best determine how to proceed with your customized treatment plan. Each and every Lifetouch Signature Massage is then tailored to your specific needs on the day you are here.
Depending on your personalized plan, techniques used may include:
Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage / Orthopedic Massage / Trigger Point Therapy / Structural Integration / Myofascial Release / Myoskeletal Activation / Active/Passive Release / Topical Pain Relief Creams or Ointments / Aromatherapy / Reflexology / PNF Stretching / and others as determined by your therapist during your session.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. During that time, I have worked in Mobile Massage, at Chiropractic Offices, Massage Franchises and Independent Massage Studios, and finally, my very own practice here in Denton. In addition to real world experience, I also take an estimated 30-35 hours a year in Continuing Education courses - well over the required 6 hrs per year.
Therefore, in 2021, when I opened Lifetouch Medical Massage ( which is now Lifetouch Massage Therapy) I was confident in my abilities as a Massage Therapist and an Independent Business Owner. I have learned much over the years and bring my cumulative knowledge to my table for each client in a way that benefits them the most. The variety of techniques and skills that I use depend entirely on what each client needs at the time of their session. No massage is ever "cookie cutter".
I continue to love what I do, which is to help people feel better, move better, and Live Their Best Lives - One Step at a Time.
Pricing & Availability
My Specialty Service is a Lifetouch Signature Massage. This service has been designed by me over the last 15 years as I have acquired knowledge and experience. My prices reflect this. I don't want to be the "cheapest massage in town". I also don't want to out price anyone who truly needs my unique skillset. My hours reflect the balance of work with personal life. I understand that for some, my prices and availability might not be a good match. For those, I suggest reaching out to one of my amazing office collaborators.
